A grand concert will take place on May 22 in Bălți, where the City Day and the Feast of St. Nicholas will be celebrated.

Traditionally, the events will start at 7:30 with the Holy Liturgy, which will be held in Independence Square. Subsequently, the mayor of the city, Alexandr Petkov, will address the city residents with a festive message.

Throughout the day, various events will take place on the streets of the Northern capital, such as the parade of institutions, organizations, and municipal enterprises, an exhibition of works by students of the School of Fine Arts for Children at the "Antioh Cantemir" Art Gallery, and the Municipal Football Tournament for children at the Specialized Football School.

Starting from 12:00, in all areas of the "Mihai Volontir" Municipal Park, the event guests will be able to participate in various cultural and sports activities, shows, music and dance competitions. Here, for the first time, the "Fiesta Fest in the Urban Garden" festival will take place. Adults and children will have the opportunity to relax and take part in entertainment, games, and interactive activities, including animation, public readings, and romantic interpretations from the "Baștina" theater, the municipal traditional wrestling competition "Trânta", chess and checkers tournament, fun games workshop for children and adults, atmospheric street café.

At 17:30, on the mobile stage in front of the Municipal Palace of Culture, a grand festive concert "It's a celebration and the music resounds..." will take place, with the participation of artistic groups and talented artists from the cultural institutions of the city.

The surprise of the evening - national and international stars will take the stage, such as the singer Lovoda, Iuliana Beregoi, and the beloved band Magnat & Feoctist. Guests from Romania will also come to Bălți - artist Marcel Pavel and the band 3 Sud Est.
